All care and effort is taken to ensure that the legislative provisions reproduced here, are accurate and up to date. The text of the law discussed is as it stands after the incorporation of the Constitution (One Hundred Second Amendment) Act 2018. Brief extracts of all the 101 Amendments, enacted till date, are appended at the end of the Work.
