Law of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Practice and Procedure

In this book the author has attempted to provide to the reader a brief, simplistic and clear enunciation of the law on sexual harassment at the workplace. The author attempt to analyse the issue of sexual harassment, which was brought into focus by the Supreme Court in its landmark judgment in Vishaka v. State of Rajasthan (1997) 6 SCC 241. The work also refers to the Act enacted by the Parliament in the year 2013, its objectives, features apart from referring to different provisions and their interpretation. It gives an insight on the remedies available to a victim both in criminal law and under the Rules of the organization, so also the obligation of the employer making the work place harassment free.
