The special feature of the present edition of the book is a detailed discussion of old as well as Modern Laws with its up to date amendments and case laws. The Marriage Law Amendment Bill 2010 and Personal Laws Amendment Act 2010 have brought certain new features in the arena of Hindu Marriage Act. The effect of these amendments and the provisions relating to them has been incorporated at appropriate places in the present edition of the book.
