This book is an outcome of the documents obtained from the PMO and other ministers in response to the various applications field under the RTI Act by RTI activist Vivek Garg. Though the responses were not very warm yet the PMO and other ministers sent some eye opening documents. While going through these documents one is shocked to learn how the public money was looted without any fear of law.
