Law Relating to Summary Suits
It dealt with under summary procedure in order 37 of the code of civil procedure. Order 37 rule 1 of the code of civil procedure deals with Courts and classes of suits to which the order applies. However it is pertinent to note the rule 7 specially says that save as provided by order 37 of the Code of Civil Procedure in suits instituted in the ordinary manner.
