Consumer Protection Law
The contents of this text has been presented in 5 units based on syllabi of Bar Council of India and many Universities. The first unit deals with consumer protection movement, the second unit is concerned with consumer protection under various statutes in India, the third unit is related to consumer protection under Consumer Protection Act 1986, the fourth unit explain consumer protection mechanism and the fifth unit discusses the available remedies for consumer complaints. All the relevant topics have been discussed along with case laws in this volume.
