Constitutional Law and the Governance
This book is aimed at analysing the role of constitutional law within a political framework, with a special emphasis on the Indian constitutional law. Constitutional laws may be regarded as rulemarking of the second order or rules which regulate the rules of exercising power within any political and legal set up. It also governs and defines the interrelationships of the judiciary., the legislative and executive, these bodies, being subservient to the authority of the constitutional law.
