Railway Establishment Code Vol I

It was originally published in September, 1940. Subsequently four editions were brought out as Indian Raiilway Establishment Code, Vol I in 1945, 1951, 1959 and 1971 respectively. The 1971 edition has now been revised to incorporate all amendments issued upto 31-12-83 in respect of relavant provisions and is issued by the president in exercise of powers conferred on him by the proviso to Article 309 of the constitution of India.
