Acquittal Cases on Dishonour of Cheques
The purpose of bringing the present book is to make the defences known to a person facing trial for an offence under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. All the cases covered are those in which the accused was acquitted or proceedings pending against him were quashed accepting his plea or defence.
