My experience at the bar for about last 25 years gave me an impression so far as litigation between husband and wife in India is concerned that though both have same soul and only difference is of body but the law treats them differently and it is assumed by law that only wives are sufferer or victim and the husbands are always treated as the persons committing atrocities on their wives.
