Rural Public Policy Debates in India
The United Progressive Alliance govenment in India led by Dr Manmohan Singh has initated a new debate on the foriegn policy of the country. The Common Minimum programme of the UPA government pledges to pursue an independent foreign policy and three is a commitment to promote polarity in world politics and oppose all attemps polarity in world politics and oppose all attempts at unilaterlism.
