Part 1 contains basic knowledge, property taxes, rates, exemptions, filing of returns, etc. Part 2 is a referencer and provides text on provisions of the DMC Act 1957, NDMC Act1994, Delhi Rent Control Act 1958, etc. Part 3 deals with property tax rates, Part 4 provide land rates, DDA land rates, etc. Part 5 covers CPWD plinth area rates, Part 6 provides the gist of cases, etc.
