The process of compoite dialogue with Pakistan, an agreement came into effect that the President of Pakistan shall not support terrorism in any way. The issues that have been highlighted are Sir Creek, Siachin, water isues, Srinagar-Muzaffarabd bus service, etc.The Prime Minister Manmohan Singh explained the vision for India from different platforms. He emphasized the need to adopt an approach national securiy to build a synergy between intelligence agencies and internal security structures. Also discussed are the issues related to nuclear diplomacy.
