The book mentions the amendments to the Companies (Auditor`s Report) Order 2003 by the Central Government w.e.f November 25, 2004. Two new Auditing and Assurance Standards AAS 33 and AAS 34 has been issued by ICAI. The second edition has come out in a much improved perspective.
