Introduction to Jurisprudence

This is a study of the principles of law, as jurisprudence, as a subject, is often described.The subject of jurisprudence which has for a long time been considered as a science of fixed principles of law has come out of that concept. The present study contains all the outstanding features in which this subject is usually cast. Some new principles have emerged and some existing principles have found a new application in this respect.
