The Haryana Factory Code is a compendium of all the enactments and rules relating to the industrial safety, health and welfare of  workers. It comprises the Factories Act 1948, the Punjab Factory Rules 1952 as applicable in the state of Haryana and the Punjab Welfare Officers Recruitment and Conditions of the Sevice Rules 1952.
