A sensitive extract that brings out the life of Maria, heart-broken in her innocent tender age, and concludes that she would never find true love. Finally she heads to Geneva, where she feels she would pursue great fame and fortune but ends up as a prostitute, gradually accepting the fantasy of sex. Along this way she meets this handsome young painter and now she has to find the way, either the dark world of sex or a sacred sex, result of love.
